This Student Policy applies to all Tadabbur Academy’s courses. By enrolling, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

FREE TRIAL

We offer up to two free 30-minute lessons as part of a trial period. Free trial deals are only available to new clients.

We do not offer free trials to existing customers who are altering their enrollment or changing their teacher requests. Trial lessons are charged for regular classes for such customers.

Refund Policy

Tadabbur Academy is pleased to offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee, providing you with the confidence to explore our courses risk-free. Should you find yourself dissatisfied, rest assured that your money is protected. This guarantee is applicable exclusively within the initial week of classes; any cancellations beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund for classes already undertaken. Should you decide to discontinue your classes, you have the option to receive a refund for the remaining, untaken classes. At Tadabbur Academy, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to ensure a transparent and equitable refund process.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Punctuality Expectations:
Students are required to be present in the classroom a minimum of 5 minutes before the scheduled start time, fully equipped with all necessary materials for the upcoming lesson. The teacher will commence the class promptly at the

designated time. In the event a student is not in attendance, the teacher will wait for a period of 5 minutes before initiating an email reminder. Furthermore, the teacher will extend this grace period to 15 minutes, after which any absence will be considered unexcused, and the missed class will not be rescheduled.
Late Starts:
If a class is delayed due to a student’s tardiness, the session will proceed until the conclusion of the scheduled class time.
Teacher Unavailability:
In the event that the teacher is not present in the classroom, students are encouraged to initiate an immediate chat with us to promptly address the issue. If a teacher misses a class without a substitute, a makeup lesson will be arranged within one week at the student’s convenience, with no additional fees incurred.

Attendance Policy:

In the event that a student needs to miss and reschedule a class due to any of the reasons listed below, it is mandatory to provide a 5-hour notice to support@tadabburacademy.com. We will facilitate the rescheduling process based on the categories of absence outlined below.

Excused Absences:
This category includes situations such as illness, a death in the family, work or school conflicts, national holidays, and technical issues (Internet, Zoom, computer issues).

  • For a monthly commitment of 4 hours: 1 hour per month will be excused.
  • For a monthly commitment of 10 hours: 1.5 hours per month will be excused.
  • For a monthly commitment of 20 hours: 2 hours per month will be excused.

Please note that there are no refunds for any type of absence.

Unexcused Absences:
No rescheduling or refunds are allowed for any absence not listed in the “Excused Absence” policy.

Teacher Absences:
If a class is canceled due to a teacher’s absence for any reason, a makeup lesson will be scheduled at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for missed classes.

Substitutes:
In certain instances, the administration may opt to assign a substitute to teach a missed lesson. The substitute will utilize the same classroom and follow the institute’s instructions for that day. Substitute teachers are employed for all courses.

TUITION POLICY:

  1. Upon deciding to join Tadabbur Academy, your subscription must be paid after two free successful trials and before the commencement of the next lesson.
  2. You will be offered the choice to opt for either an automatic monthly subscription or a manual monthly subscription.
  3. Tuition is invoiced once every 4 weeks, with billing commencing at the start of the billing period.
  4. All tuition fees must be paid into Tadabbur Academy accounts like PayPal, Stripe, Wise, credit card, or bank transfer. Please avoid sending money through any other means or accounts.
  5. If you opt for the monthly or bi-monthly manual payment option, please ensure payment is made within 3 days of your last class to avoid any disruption to your schedule.
  6. Refunds are not provided for missed classes, whether the absence is excused or unexcused.
  7. Makeup classes are available as per the terms outlined above.

Ramadan and Two Eids

  • Strongly recommended to continue Quran and Arabic classes during Ramadan.
  • Ceasing classes during Ramadan, festive breaks, and summer holidays may lead to forgetting studied material, schedule disruption, and potential loss of the tutor.
  • Adjustments to schedules for teachers’ Iftar, Suhoor, and Taraweeh prayers. Classes arranged to avoid conflicting with these times.
  • You may request your tutor to minimize homework during Ramadan.
  • Tadabbur Academy’s policy: If necessary to excuse and halt classes in Ramadan, inform two weeks before. To maintain the same schedule after vacation, half of the monthly fee must be paid.

HOLIDAYS:

No make-up classes planned for the following two holidays:

  • Three days off for Eid Al-Fitr
  • Four days off for Eid Al-Adha

CLASS QUALITY

To maintain the highest standards of class quality, certain lessons may be recorded for review by Tadabbur Academy administration.

  • The recorded lessons are solely for the use of the administration/supervisors to regularly assess class and teacher quality.
  • For quality assurance, supervisors may enter the classroom to observe the class, with a female supervisor for female students.

Note:

  • Sessions, whether audio or video, may not be recorded by students for any reason to ensure the privacy of the teachers.

PRIVACY POLICY:

  • The privacy of every student is a top priority. The administration will not share or sell any student information to third parties.
  • The student policy is designed with privacy and safety in mind, and students are expected to comply with this policy.
  • Students are responsible for updating the support team with any changes to their profile, including email address, billing address, phone number, Skype ID, etc.
  • Any complaints from students are treated seriously and will be addressed promptly.

COMPLAINTS POLICY:

  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your course, please contact the support team at support@tadabburacademy.com for issue resolution.
  • Tadabbur Academy holds no responsibility for consequences resulting from neglecting institute policies.
  • Failure to adhere to these rules and procedures may lead to consequences for the student.
